I hopped over her from Ophelia Zepp's blog and I just had to comment on this post. What an excellent article! I was a stay-at-home mom for over 5 years and let me tell you, it was work. I loved it, but it was work. For the past two years I've been working full time and my husband has been a stay-at-home dad. Although he loves the time w/ our son, he'd love to go back to work just to get some peace and quiet. :)
So thanks for this post. All I can say is that if someone hasn't been a stay-at-home parent, they simply will not get how "constant" that job is.
